In memory, this artwork celebrates each life using beautiful warm-colored sewing threads slowly wound around a piece of wood, one turn representing one woman. The artwork was started in 2015 and finished in 2023 when 40,290 turns were completed.
During this time, a durational, performative, and meditative approach was used as well as counting out loud.
